The Five Star Real Estate Agent award program has been recognizing and promoting outstanding real estate agents for over 13 years. Five Star Professional conducts market research to identify excellent service professionals in over 45 markets across the U.S., and recognizes agents who meet their five objective criteria.
The award is given on the basis of exceptional results via an in-depth research process, whereb real estate agents are evaluated by consumers based on customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, closing preparation, helping you find the right home, marketing the home being sold, and overall satisfaction.
Five Star Professional follows standard survey practices used by other professional research organizations. The research also includes feedback from industry peers and leaders, and a regulatory review to provide necessary checks and balances.
The research methodology allows no more than 4% of service professionals in a given market to qualify for the Five Star award.
