The Village at Black Rock condominium complex is the “newest” condo complex in Black Rock, built in 2006. The buildings are only three stories high, but each building has an elevator for residents’ convenience. There is central hot air gas heat in each unit and central air conditioning.
The complex consists of 2 bedroom, 2 bath units of 1,145 SF with balconies and laundry facilities in each unit. Parking is reserved. It is a gated community.
There are 115 units located across eight buildings. There are 35 units on the first floor, all are ranch style with a master bedroom suite with a door to the balcony. There is also a door to the balcony from the living room. Third floor units have vaulted ceilings.
The units are wheelchair accessible as there is an elevator in every building. There are reserved parking spaces and guest parking spaces.
Rental units are often available, but there have been times when owners have not been allowed to rent their units as the number of rentals has become too high. Check with your real estate agent if you are buying one for investment purposes.
